Is there a way to "pull the corner of a smile up" digitally with the mouse?

Im sure I saw a drag/distort feature in another graphics app, cant find it in PS.

Cheers Bob, thanks for the compliment. I've got pretty good at turning kids into aliens following a birthday party where I took a shot of all of them and printed a copy for the kids to take away in their goody bags. It went down a storm.
