Is this correct?

Towards the end of last year I wwas done for 47 in a temporary 40 limit on an empty dual carriage way outside silverstone. Just had a thought, theyve put sp60 on my liscence, is this the correct code? should it not be sp40?

SP40 is the code for speeding on an NSL road. SP60 is an "undefined speed limit offence" which I belive will apply in this case as a temporary limit was being imposed.

SP20 - Exceeding speed limit for type of vehicle (excluding goods or passenger vehicles)
SP30 - Exceeding statutory speed limit on a public road.
SP40 - Exceeding passenger vehicle speed limit.
SP50 - Exceeding speed limit on a motorway.
SP60 - Undefined speed limit offence.

I got hit by the same temporary speed limit in June of last year (the day after my wedding) but got an SP30, so I don't understand why you got an SP60.

That seems blatantly incorrect, unless the dual carriageway in question normally has a 30mph limit?
