Need to move the domain hosting for our primary domain and I need some recommendations for domain hosts with decent support. We've got a load of other domains sitting on 123-reg, UKReg and Joker - I'm not keen to use any of them. Also need full control panel support for DNS stuff like setting up new subdomains etc.

Feck me - that was quick! You stalking me or summat?

ETA: I take it you mean Mr Beeston's outfit? Not seeing the ads here in Firefox...

I, the boy Beeston.

As much as it pains me to admit it (mainly due to his absurd trousers) they are very very very good indeed.

Both 123-reg and joker give you a full control panel anyway. I've been using both for years.

We had several hundred domains and sites with 123-reg. Their customer service is a fecking joke. On average 3 - 4 DAYS to reply to emails if they could be bothered at all. Wrongly billed for £1200 of eu domains and took nearly 6 months to sort out. So we moved the lot to 1and 1 oh dear that was a mistake.

We now have a reseller package with HEART and if we email them we get an answer within usually 30 mins. Bloody execellent service.

Yes, but I'm not happy to continue using them. 123-reg's reputation is, now shall I put this, less than glowing. And Joker I've had some problems with Joker too. So back to square one...

Ok - consider me sold

I'll be in touch once I've worked out the logistics.

Ta!

ETA: Jamie, what's Register1's IPS tag?
