Photos borrowed from Funky - went out to shoot this morning and the Shite Hawks had been past on a bombing run!!
Fore and aft slats opened, de-cats in, and aero changed.
Decelleration is progressive rather than the brick wall that was there before with the old aero.
Decats can be quiet or loud depending on how you drive - but when loud are maniacal - so's the grin that goes with them!!!

Love the car! the cutouts look great, have you got any close ups. Did you have much respraying done to achieve this, or could they be cut out retaining the bodys paintwork. My next question is how much, doesn't look cheap.

No respraying needed. We developed our own tools to do the job explicitly so that there would need to be no respraying. It helps when your guys were TVR's best

It isnt cheap, but if you are serious and interested, mail me.

How much does the opening process cost? Also, what is the aero mod? The rear wing looks the same to me confused

The aero mod is much smaller, i should have lined my sagaris up with it to show the differance but to me it looked much improved. definitly going to be my first mod. Everything looks and sounds great with it all! I have a close up here:

Seconded with one more question if I may. You mentioned braking is more progressive now... could you elaborate a bit? Logically, on the flip side, your acceleration must have benefitted?

Looks superb, and some excellent craftmanship there (DJC?)! I bet those people with the wanky carbon stickers are feeling a bit stupid now after seeing how it should be done!

How much to do all the slats may I ask (including the roof)?

Erm...does anybody mind if I respond reasonably slowly to y'all over the weekend? My phone already hasnt stopped ringing this evening and Im getting dirtyish looks from the other half and dark mutterings about "all bloody night...computer...car geeks...bloody TVRs"...er...you know the story!

Richard has met Sarah and will confirm who is boss in our house!

I will respond to everybody who asks over the weekend...and thankyou for the enthusiasm shown so far. I cannot speak highly enough of my guys who did the work and my business partner who did a lot of the work and project managed Richard's car. I probably should give his name out, but he is a very private guy and is possibly the least publicity seeking chap I know, but suffice to say he is a genuine TVR factory guru and legend. Those who have already dealt with me and spoken to me know who he is and can vouch for him and the quality of his work.

Anyway, thankyou for the compliments on the work, they are much appreciated.

Ive had a number of ppl email on the back of this about aero stuff for the T350, carbon front splitters and a rear flap, etc. Given the nature of economics and the pay back against the more the merrier, if any other 350 owners are interested in such things let me know.

After some research on my own, I'm one of those now discussing this with DJC, esp seeing quality of work so far. Aim is for a discreet package that suits the smooth lines of the T350 but gives a proven aerodynamic benefit. Sounds good.

DJC,
I'd be interested in some aero mods - have to be your top quality work tho to keep the T350's gorgeous lines.....
Keep us informed please...

I'll be going for full respray either at the end of the summer or beginning of next spring, so colour-coded would be a nice option too.

Cheers
