Wheres the best place for downloading tomtom stuff like different POI's, Camera updates and voices????

POI's can be found HERE the British ones are lower down the page, and they work on TT1.

Kev, seeing as you're fairly knowled up on GPS systems and the endlessmods therein; If you download a Gatso as a POI, how do you install it on the system?

Just copy and paste the camera files in to your maps file, usually the largest file of all, and labled up Great Britain and Ireland, once done go in to manage POIs and activate and set the warning sound if you want one.

Sorry to highjack this thread. I bought a TT1 Europe yesterday with free safety camera poi. TT Home loaded the files and you can see them on the TT1 but I cannot seem to enable them. Not sure this makes sense!? Anyone else had this and is there a way out? Thanks

You have to enable them on the tomtom unit it's self, goto manage POIs and enable POIs and select the ones you want, setting the sound and alert you want, and that should do it, also have you made sure you have downloaded the speed cameras into the GB maps and that you have the GB map selected.
