very easy, took 1/2 a day to get it all off get rid of the cracked wood and then rebuild. I will buy the new dash next week strip it again and then refit it.
I had heard it was very hard to do but i found it to be really really easy.

Thanks.
But the question is. how brave do i feel.
Glyn.
I just replaced mine as well, it is very easy but it does take quite a while to do. I did the whole lot in an afternoon/evening but it probably would have been much more pleasant if i'd spread it over the weekend! Glyn, I don't know if you remember me but I was in the blue Chim when we met up before London Thunder, if you want a hand doing your dash, i'm back for Easter from the 30th for a month so would be happy to help if you need it...

The no on the dash is the build No 2081 the 1 was then made into a R.J .Roy Jackson who was the man who trimmed it.Was still with TVR when it went under
Think you got me there Aka. The smiley face was a few years ago when things were better at TVR, it was changed for a sad face for the last few years as someone will no doubt find out. Right about the Villa though. Dont be cheeky either i trimmed Griff dashes for many years even got a mention in Griff book.
