Had my first race today

Well sort of,

all of this was on a private road which i was passing a 2007 Saab 2.8 Turbo. then he wanted to push the fast pedel as I went past. my first time I opened the Fazer up but was still in 5th when passing the Sabb going about 75MPH

very much enjoyed just passing him quickly when he was really really truying to go fast.

I just thought "me in a £2500 little 600CC Fazer" and you " in a £30K car"

To put things in perspective... there's a particular roundabout near my office with a bridge a couple of hundred yards away. If I take the roundabout as hard as I can in my TVR (4L V8) and nail it, I'll be doing about 70 by the time I cross the bridge.
If I take the same roundabout on the ST in leisurely fashion, then pour it on from the exit, I'll be doing 95-100 in the same distance.

And the ST1300 is not what you'd call a fast bike
