Hi guys, I'm going to give the S a good clean before summer and don't want to pay someone else vast amounts of money for a professional valet, what is the best product for me to get her paintwork gleaming....Zymol, Turtlewax?????

Meguiars every time.

Gone from Autoglym through Zymol over the years, but the Meguiars products for superior to both of those AND key for me, if you use the right products they are quicker to use too.

I claybared mine and now use Mer polish, it is very good at removing things like tar deposits etc.

I was thinking about getting a professional polish done in the spring, rather than buying an electric car polisher and doing it myself. I usually use Autoglym, but want to get that mirror finish I have seen...mainly at shows though I must admit!

Is this just being lazy, or will a professional valet give me that look, even though it is expensive?

I use Mer and Autoglymm (resin polish followed by extra gloss) but a car restorer told me of something better that I can't rememebr the name (doh)! It was a short name followed by a number, sorry that's not much help!

I bought a load of stuff from the polishing company at last years S club heaven meet.
The stuff is brilliant. The polish has taken out all the crap, brought the colour out and the wax has given the sheen you see at car showrooms !
Def, recommend this stuff. It also goes on (imo) and comes off much better than many others. Saving time !
