Can't wait to get my car back

You may remember that my car got vandalised a few weeks ago, so it is now down with Austec getting a respray in the latest version of Rosso Pearl and while it'there an engine rebuild to boot. Not decided the final spec yet but is likely to be taken out to a 4.5, modified 4.2 induction, ACT manifolds and big bore exhaust. Can't wait.
The only problem is my 3 week offshore trip that was meant to pay for a lot of this has just been cancelled so I'd better try and get some OT in the office.

Heard your trip was cancelled, was it just the weather? How long is it until you get your car back?
Tino had his car taken down the road on the same tow truck as yours and the chap who owns the typhoon. He had an interesting chat i think!

Yep in the office today, you can't have heard my trip is cancelled as I only found out myself 2 hours ago?
The respray should take 2-3 weeks and the engine a good bit longer I imagine. The guy from the AA was a sound bloke and he had picked up Janes Typhon the week before and taken it to Blackpool.
