Leven wiper system

Anyone got new type wiper system by Leven Technology, any thoughts

I've got it, based on several others' good recommendation. I'll be fitting them tomorrow!

(Once I've re-fitted the wiper motor, assuming its repair that I did tonight works).

Do a search as this was covered not that long ago. Basically everyone that's fitted them have said it's a much improved system over the originals, although the instructions are a bit garbage IMO.

Make sure you fit the tubes through the springs, and you may find the drivers side tubing is too short. Big improvement over the standard wipers though.

I thought the price was a little steep but bought them anyway and was pleased I did:
- the blades are correctly curved and hug the screen better than the originals
- they lay much lower at rest and don't obscure any of the screen
- they dispense with the naff tubing spray bars

run the tubing through the spring and wrap it around the outside of the spindle

the instructions are a bit poor so lay them out on the bonnet using the existing ones as a guide before you take them off

...and the two wipers are different. Make sure you get the right ones on the right side.
Keep some of your tubing as it still appears the drivers tubing is too short.

Mine are fitted now, look and work well. Here's a couple of pix - sorry they're rubbish but its dim here now and pi$$ing it down!





I'll try to take some better ones tomorrow if its sunny!

And the 3 fixed head water jets work far better than the "holes in a bit of tubbing" system of the originals!
