Not sure if this has been done before, but have you ever reviewed your pics to find you've bagged a fluke shot

Cheers,
Jon

If I get anything half decent I consider it a fluke... does that count?

This shot should really be a scrapper but for some reason I reckon it works pretty well and therefore falls into the fluke category

Matthew>> How did the hell did you get that shot?! It's a cracker

I took this of my mate in Ibiza last summer, it was a Sony P&S and I've no idea whatsoever how it came out like this!

I've studied the behaviour of gulls for many years, so I just knew when to press the shutter to capture this. (Or was it a complete fluke??? )

not precisely fabulous shots, but they are some I like and which were taken just by pure chance and almost unintentionally

6.30am in Fiji.. it was fluke I was up that early.. the whole sky went a fantastic orange, and the less said about the dodgy silhouette the better!

When I was thinking of buying a DSLR a friend was kind enough to lend me his EOS 350d for a week. I had a play around with the different exposure modes and while playing with aperture priority i accidently had f29 selected when i took this photo:

Not the best photo technically but it still works for me.

Another failed shot - but I can't bring myself to delete it for some reason.

A messed up panning attempt, but kept it I like the blur and the colours in it.
