Yesterday with the ride drive guys

If I have to sum it up in one Icon the i think it'd have to be :YIKES:
I knew the Chimaera was quick, but throwing it into corners which would significantly effect my drivers licence was absolutely incredible. Now, if only I could retain half the information he gave me, then I think you might hear me having a bit of fun down those country roads once again..
I did feel a little sorry for the poor guy who I shot past with his window down. Think he jumped a little when he heard my engine by his drivers window.
Sorry if this sounds a little like an advert, but it was a really good day.
I'd be interested in hearing the opinions of others who have had a go on the course.

I've done 2 now, the first included an hour at Dunsfold on the perimeter road and the last one included an hour on the Goodwood skid pan (in their Sierra).
These have been two of the best but most tiring driving days I have ever had and even if they do get you driving the 'Roadcraft' way, the improvement in cornering speed and stability in particular is amazingm as is the feeling of confidence.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
Edited to add: I thought one of the reasons ownership is to frighten people you overtake, particularly if they are at the at the front of a 3 or 4 car queue and don't know you're coming.

That's actually quite scarey round a busy roundabout!
