May just be the camera angles......but it does look like the 911 is morphing into the VW beetle

Roadrunner, the 997 is supposed to be launched for the 2005 model year, e.g. from September 04/next year, Autocar say it will start with 380 bhp, interesting !!
I'm not sure the retro styling is a good thing, I always prefered the sleeker 996, but only time will tell when we all see it in the flesh.

Thom, don't know. The new 993 look has been on the cards for ages though. Must admit I prefer round lights on a 911. No idea why they messed about in the first place. Bit of a homer moment really. Having said that, I like the front end on a GT2 996. It looks realy agressive and purposeful in a way no other Porsche ever has.
