It's from LeoNardo... will cost you some dosh. Have that price list somewhere, but think in the 800 Eur region.

I think that you will find that your one is black leather, not plastic. If you are feeling brave you can strip the leather off and underneath you will find it is made from walnut wood. It'll need some cleaning and polishing before it will look presentable but worth the effort.
I got a second hand one from fleabay and kept the original aswell. If I get some time over the weekend I'll post a pic of what a stripped cleaned and polished one looks like.

Just be careful because not all centre consoles are made of wood, even though they have leather cover on them.

Have you tried David Askew, he maybe able to supply a panel off a second hand car, worth a try.

There's an outside chance that you might still be able to source them from Maserati - the carbon panel was an optional extra with the 3200GT so there must be a few knocking around (unless Eurospares have snaffled them all). Cheapest way though will be through breakers such as David Askew.
