Now I know Crikeymikey calls his Gallardo 'Larry'. Who else will admit to having a name for his/her car?? Come on own up??!! Doesn't someone on here call his car 'Rupert'?!!

Lara the Lambo (in keeping with the Gallardo's ruthless but extremely attractive character)

Penny the Porsche - 356 (old style almost regal name to go with the character of the car)

Bridgette (pro: bridge eeet!) - the Bimmer - its a 650i convertible and has a fortress feel to it!

Haven't yet named my Wife's new Clio 197 Sport although I might break with tradition and not use the manufacturer's first letter and plump for Nicole (as in Nicole? Papa?)

The Maserati is called Mas, my wife's Smart Roadster is Robbie and the *ahem* other car (Fiat Punto) is Freddie.

I must add that these are all names created by my wife but I've found myself using them

In my defence (and a fat lot of good it's going to do me , I'm sure), I have never thought of Lambos as feminine.
Whereas Ferraris can be delicate and light to the touch, as well as pleasingly curvy, Lambos tended to be brutish, in yer face and generally only react to a very firm hand. More male than female then (depending on your taste in the opposite sex, obviously).
"Larry" comes from 'Larry the Lamb', which was a 1950's (before my time) kids TV puppet show. Only mine is Larry the Lambo.
Almost certainly a waste of your time reading this. Sorry!

Little fella is 2 years old next week, bless him. party

Obviously, my Jarama is a near middle-aged chunky bloke - 'he' drinks a lot, rarely wakes up in daylight when not strictly necessary, makes big flames when provoked, can also be quite obnoxiously loud when required, swerves about due to soggy old brake pipes (soon to be fixed - only everything else brake-wise has been done, leaving just about the cheapest bits 'till last, ho hum) and due to it's colour, has been called Kermit for some years now...

Checking my logbook for the car, it appears that 'he' will be 34 in July of this year... break out the Sanatogen cocktails!!!
