Does anyone know how to remove the bezels from the clocks?

Is there a knack to it or are they glued in place and brute force is the only way to get them off....

Did this a few years ago so memory's a bit sketchy. I did it the hard way by prizing open the bezel (which is basically a soft ally 'U' shaped pipe)from the back by levering the edges back, it doesn't look pretty but when fitted you don't notice it. But once I'd got the thing off I saw that there were a couple of tabs on the speedo body that the bezel locked into. If I'd realised this I could have just prized the bezel open at the tabs pulled the lower edge of the bezel over and up so it sits on top of the tab now and untwisted it a bit like a screw cap.
Don't know if this is gonna work for you but have a good look at the back of the bezel and see if any of the above applies to yours.

Did mine the same way, be very careful when refitting as the glass can break, mine did then find a glazier to supply new glass.

take it once you have the bezels off you can pull the needles off and remove the face plates by undoing the small screws???
