Reputable Bridging Loan Company Recommendations?

I've been asked by someone i know if i know of a reputable bridging loan company?
They are looking to source a bridging loan to cash out their equity to fund a business purchase, they are selling their house in about 2-3 months and therefore don't want to get locked into a convential mortgage or wait 6 weeks for all the paperwork to go through.
They have spoken to 1 or 2 companies advertising online claiming they can do a bridge loan in 7 days but the bloke sounded well dodgy (a sort of posh crook) - and never got back to them.
If anyone can recommend a company that actuall do what they say on the tin with no BS or timewasting please let me know.
