Committed to a Green RS, but it's Black wheels seem to dull it down therefore I am going for silver wheels.
Now I can have the wheels painted Green with silver rims like the 996 RS (although before someone points it out I know they were in a contrast colour) or I could get a second set of wheels like those on the 997 cup cars and again have them Green and silver.
Are the style of wheels readily available and does anyone have any expierence of any inparticular.
Anhyone else going Green if so what do you think of my wheel choice

Check out this link, Black with Silver/Polished Lip looks superb against Green IMO.

Silver wheels with black decals
Think you guys are brave going for the green RS. I must admit it looks quite good in some pics,a bit weird in others.I was 100% going for orange, but have had many comments such as my missus who says i will look like someone who has won the lottery and wants everyone to know it.This put me off till I actually saw a car in the flesh last week and thought it looked amazing.Have any of you actually seen the green car yet? I imagine it looks stunning in the flesh as well.Would love to see all the colours before I have to spec my car.

Silver wheels with black decals
Yes I know,,,,,,,,,
But Green and silver wheels ? remember the ViperGreen 73 RS, Black and Silver wheels Black decals.
Orange and Black or Black and Orange with Silver wheels both wrong but Green and Black with Silver and Green wheels I think would look good,, am I alone ? or just unique !!!

I was drawn to Orange but, I've just sold an Orange and Black Exige and Orange cars seem to be popping up everywhere Ford Audi, now who else would be stupid enough to release a solid Green car ?
Good point. I look at the orange Focus and think it looks naf now they have been on the road a while.Sorry if any of you have one.
Saw Glens toy in GT porsche mag and it looks the best ever.It was that colour which drew me to order one in the 1st place if Iam honest.

Green is fab in real life bold and wicked, screeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeems ive made and can afford to have a £100k car in green that nobody else likes other than me.. Black and orange looks a little colour coded to me (but still yummy) Orange the colour of my local council, i asked myself which colour i could die in and green Screeeeeemed at me so i bought one (i work 24/7 so why not !)

Black and silver looks good but are those wheels actually sprayed silver? If so i dont really like as they look too plastic sprayed silver.
Iv seen in flesh orange/black black/orange silver/orange and green/black.
In the flesh i think by far the green is the best but you have to be brave to have a green car or so the case may be for cheaper second hand cars.
Ill be going down the green route when the time comes and i prefer the wheels in black please boys with GT3 picked out in green.

If thats the case mid life would you not be better off going for a standard GT3 cs in silver and saving thousands? I thought one of the great attractions of the RS was the difference in graphics to a standard 3? Many people will not be able to exploit the difference of the 2.
