I'll second A Manning, had fantastic service from them and they understand the cars which makes a change from your average broker and give a decent discount if you are a member of PCGB.

So where they really all your wife's points then...

Given that all but one are 'spent' then i can't see that there should be any problems.

Points never actually 'expire'or are 'spent' - they are just ignored for losing your license purposes by the courts if over 3 years old...you still have to declare them...and thats my problem.

They're spent from the point of view of totting up (3 years) and can be removed from the licence (4 years) but you're still required to disclose them when seeking insurance, as they (usually) ask for any convictions in the past 5 years.

Any longer than 5 years and they're not entitled to ask - Rehabilitation of Offenders Act, I think.
