Had a July 04 Model and had a similar noise from the rear suspension.
Was resolved during the first service, from memory there were some other posts about this a while back.
Good Luck
PS
Was Lambo London that did the service.

Bet the rubber antiroll-bar bushes are worn, thus allowing some play which makes the noise when hitting potholes/bumps/etc.

My 04 had something like that and new bushes fixed it. It is a known problem that afflicted many cars and can be remedied.

The suspension on the earlier cars can be a bit clonky as normal. One of the issues to get done regularly is greasing the rear anti roll bar mounts, why dry out and become noisy over time. I had all my front bushes replaced under warranty (4K cost!) by Lambo manch and even now it can be a bit clonky if you hit a hard pothole.
On the later cars as with everything else I believe its not a problem as the suspension set up was changed.

Hope that helps.

Andy.

There are two noteable suspension related noises.

One is the "drawer full of cutlery" noise (always from the front, usually the left) that can happen at low speed over high frequency bumps. There isn't really anything that can be done about this. It's a characteristic of the suspension geometry and shouldn't happen very often really. Only a very specific bump should trigger it.

The second is a more general clunking noise from potentially any corner of the car. This will almost certainly be related to the antiroll bars. Mostly '03 and '04 cars are usually afflicted with this (though some '05s were) and a modification is available as part of Lamborghini's excellent Customer Care programme. This assumes the car is still in warranty, of course.

If there's a good argument for buying a car with miles on it, it's that it will have visited the dealer at some point in it's life and had these known problems ( often quietly) remedied.

I had this with mine - an 04. They changed the front end bushes under warranty and cured it. Had it done at last year's service by London Lamborghini - apparently a common issue with 04s.

No back end noises but I did have an annoying 'creaking' when going over potholes - very loud and from just over my left shoulder - it turned out to be the plastic bulkhead panel (back of the engine bay) which had shrunk and bowed under the heat just enough to creak when flexed.

They thought this creak was suspension knocking when they first investigated it but ended up changing the panel out and its fine - I have no noises now other than my Tubi and from Monday - the induction roar from my new high air flow filters currently being fitted by London Lamborghini!
