After about 15 years of wanting one, I have finally been rewarded with a TVR of my own bounce

My proper obsession started with hearing what must have been one of the first Tuscans rumbling down a narrow street in Cornwall, the contours of the body reflecting the setting sun. And then the comment: It's got no door handles confused

Now I am the new owner of maxx-waxx's imperial blue T350c and what a car. Just looking at it sitting in my garage is special, let alone starting it up. Driving it around is something else.

Picked it up in the drizzling rain and took my mate to the petrol station in it. Conversation went along the lines of:

Him: It's raining.
Me: I know.
Him: Have you ever driven a rear-wheel drive car before?
Me: No.
Him: It's got no traction control.
Me: Correct.
Him: I'm scared.
Start the car,
Me:
Him:

Welcome to the Grin Club!

See how many times a week you just have to pop into the garage for something...

Steve that just about sums it up perfectly, child hood dreams etc.

Hope you enjoy her as much as i have, i feel like i've put a child up for adoption or something.

How many miles you knocked off today then?

Unfortunately ive not been able to today as ive had a golf match, and tomorrow sarah wants me on gardening duty, new sag in the garage waiting to be driven and im gonna be stuck potting plants or some such shit.

Anyway congrats, you bagged a good one, let me know if you want to meet up for a drive sometime

I have maxx-waxx's previous t350. I hope your car proves as reliable and well looked after as mine, nearly a year and its never let me down.

Thanks for the welcome guys.

I spent Sunday morning cleaning it, it was Maxx-Waxx's after all , then Sunday afternoon and evening driving around with a mate in the dry thumbup

Just amazing spin

All positive comments so far, the neighbours all love it! And I think there could be a couple of future owners in ten years time - two youngsters when I was picking up my mate in Derby eloquently described it as "the best car round 'ere". Started it up and could just about hear them say "I want one of those when I am older".
