PS/3 Gamer Tags

Well, I got mine at 01:35 on Friday AM....

You are one of those guy's they talked about on TV staying up for 48 hours playing with their new PS3. What do you think of it? Better than the Xbox 360?

Well, I did pick it up at "midnight" but I am not sad enough (yet) to play it for 48hours - It has had a good work out though.

As for comparison (and I have both), they are pretty much similar but the PS/3 has built-in Bluray (please, no HD media discussions) and can generate true 1080p, except there are no games just yet, but there is a Gran Torismo HD demo which looks really good.

PS/3 has similar heat problems as the XBox in that it produces a lot of it, let's just hope they've sorted any heat related "issues"

The good thing is that Internet play is free, XBox live you have to pay for (but I'm sure Microsnot will be reviewing that in the future).

So, now have to wait for 6 months for the propert circuit straining games, virtually everything on it now is ported.

you know Bo55 I work in IT as well but I must be doing something wrong coz you must be getting paid about 3x my salary with all the toys you buy!!!! Think I'll be sticking with my XBox 360 for a while though I do fancy a Wii - mates got one and they're a laugh if not graphically that great.
