At last she alive! Sounds lovely in the flesh very deep round sound, not harsh atall much quieter than i was expecting, i think the extra silencers have done just the job.

[/URL]Interesting to see you've gone with bike style rear cans, I've done a few conversions like that to exhausts but some people don't like them, strange 'cos i think they look blinking fantastic, and usefully silence that harsh edge from teh exhaust note.
Nice to see the engine conversion running now, can't wait to see it in the flesh one day.

Yes, its got the Large soft standard mounts, but they will not transmit harshness of harder conpound ones, but i will havto wait and see if things clank on big launches, if they do i will havto firm them up. But they are great big whopping things, i think the std one would have pulled apart with ANOTHER 200lbs/ft pulling at it.
This engine made 528BHP when in Dyno Torque Craigs Mazda with differant heads, if i'm correct about 530lbs/ft. I have flowed heads but not the CNC jobs that Craig had and i've gone one step back on the cam, because they can shunt on the really radical ones, but i have just got hold of a 90mm Throttle body ( not on yet.) and an LS2 inlet manifold, and these are rumoured to be worth 30bhp, so it should be 500+ bhp and even more torque. Should be quite nippy.
