Hi.
I need (want) to buy a sat nav kit that will work equally well on the bike for touring, as well in the car for business.
For the car, it needs to work with my Nokia as well.
Any recommendations?
Thanks,
Simon.
My bro has just bought a Road Angel satnav to split between his bike and car; IIRC it was £180 in John Lewis. Might take a bit of thinking about to install on the bike though...
TomTom Rider? connects to a phone for calls/traffic, IIRC it only has a headset though not an integrated speaker
Hummm ... not interested in taking calls while I'm on the bike, just for the car really
Have heard nothing but good reports about the Garmin Zumo, if you ignore the initial price. V good bike setup, especially if you have/are thinking about a Bluetooth helmet. Nice and clear visuals, anti-daylight screen, gloved operation etc. Also can get car mounting kits.
