Multi-bike insurance? Or seperate policies?

I've just become a two bike family. Current bike (Hornet, value £1800, TPF+T) has circa 4 months left on the policy. New bike will be 54 plate Falco and I'll prob want to go fully comp.

Wondering what would be the best way of insuring my bikes really?

Maybe take the Hooner off the road til my current policy runs out, then get a new joint policy?

I have a policy with EBike insurance for my two. NU do them as well.

i have serperate policys for my two bikes...can only use the NCB for one of them though
