With some of the worry over parts here is a happy story! Had noticed high water temperatures lately but towards the later part of the week on the T350, fans were cutting in and out but was getting the warning alarm at 115c! No leak apparent initially so thought it was the sensor playing up or an airlock, until a telltale leak was apparent from the offside front radiator. Quick call to the dealer fitted me in the following day, radiator had split, new aluminium one fitted covered by the warranty plus new thermostat, sensor all in a day and have got my car back for the night shift. So its a big thumbup to David Gerald from me!

It seems to be a fairly common problem as I done the Saggy rad last weekend.
May have to have another look to see if I can mod it for a longer life expectancy as it's a pig of a job to replace.

Mine hasn't failed yet ... but I'm sure it will one day. If it is like the older TVRs then, due to the install position/physical connection to the car, the radiator is subject to flex which eventually means it gives somewhere.
