I'm interested in know to calculate a brake circuit to the discs dimensions.

Brake Hand Book By Fred Phun. It tells you how to design a complete brake system from pedal size (and ratio) to MC size, caliper size, disc dia, C of G, tyre coeffient of friction etc etc

I used it to design my brake system from scratch and my brakes are well balanced.
