When my gear kn0b is fully screwed on (i.e. so it doesn't rattle) the diagram on top is at a strange angle ...

... is this typical and is there anything that can be done to change it??

Cheers

the collar underneath mine is on a thread, adjust it up/down till the diagram on top sits straight.

Put bits of tissue in the whole of the knob before you screw it on.
Use varying amounts until the diagram is at the correct angle when fully screwed on.

Cheers for the replies ... 3 good ideas ... HP's sounds like a winner (failing that a loctite / tissue combo will be introduced!!)

I think it should be same as most T5 gbox like the sagaris; if so the aluminium collar under knoib can be turned clockwise with and rubber jam jar lid opener thingy, then you can see a locknut which alines the knob correctly if its the same it will be easy to sort
