You should have rounded the corners of those cut outs chap - they are going to want to split with right angled corners. Mind you, with that little 'meat' at the top of the bonnet its going to crack no matter what you do....

The plan is for a new bonnet after Mallory, so Its just a quick go with the angle grinder on that one for now. Im going to bond in something at the back though...

I wanted tomake sure i had plenty of clearnace on the supercharger belts and if i got too close to the turbos i was worried about setting fire to the bonnet hehe

Ah, yes. Next you're going to tell me you've got a jet engine strapped to the back of the car in addition to that lot. hehe

Yeah the battery terminal broke and i lost the fuel pumps. comming into cascades on full chat the engine died, I'd never have made the corner without being back on the power so had to take a wide line that included some grass and a little gravel hehe got it back on the circuit ok, but obviously couldnt restart so rolled to a halt at knickerbrook. Geoff Stopped net to me later on for a chat.

One thing I will say standing on the bank I thought The racing looked good.

I think we kept you guys busy as well with steve brewing up a couple of times and then 4 abreast into old hall on the first lap of race 2 having its usual result!!yikes
