Never seen these before but sad to see the white QV and 6.0 that are written off (and a few others!). Does anyone know the story behind these?

I don't know about anyone else, but I'd sooner not have any bits from a badly mashed car if the last occupants to travel in it had died in it and note that the badges have gone from that Countach. Surely even replica badges are a better alternative than the real ones from a crashed car?
A good friend died in a QV in '98, (not this one), and I recall someone asking me, not long after he died, if there had been any 'good' salvaged parts from the car. I also recall nearly decking the insensitive git at that point.
