Limited Company Formation Papers... got a copy?

Hi,

To save me a trip to Staples & £25 does anyone have a digital copy of all the forms to ste up a new Ltd company... i.e.

Memoranda of Association
Articles of Association
Companies Hse forms
Share Certificates

Forgot to take copies of the last lot I bought before completing...

Companies House have most of their forms available as PDF files.

Memo's and Arts are usually set up specifically for your company, although there are large parts that are essentially generic.

Be aware that the 2006 Companies Act is now in force and it has radically changed the requirements for small limited companies.
For instance, small companiews will no longer need a formal "Company Secretary" and neither will they need an "Objects Clause" in the Memo and Arts.

Yeah just after the generic templates that Icomplete with Co. specifics, that's what I used before... it's cool i'll just buy the pack again if noone's got them.
