Wing mirror upgrade for S2

Hi,

I have an S2 with the standard wing mirrors, black with corregated articulation directly from the body.

Is it possible to fit the later S3/4 mirrors which look more like standard car mirrors? i.e they hinge off the body.

If so where can I get them?

Hi!
Try Euro car parts, they are the holders for all Citroen spares now. The S4 & V8s used the mirrors from the Citroen of the 90's (XM?).
I got one from my local branch for about £80 all in - it would have to be sprayed though.

The later Citroen CX mirrors are mounted in a round indentation in the door in order to achieve the correct angle so could not be mounted directly onto the door skin to replace your existing mirrors.

There've been discussions on this topic in the past, so it'd be worth having a search back through previous posts to see if anyone managed to source appropriate alternatives.

I had those on my S1, I used MX-5 mirrors, look the business and can now see out of them

I fitted Audi TT mirrors. Well worth the effort - both in looks and function.
