Hi Folks, I'm looking to take on a couple of sales agents on the usual terms, but I'm having a big problem locating the 'right' sort of agent. I want someone to generate new business and be a bit proactive, all the ones I've seen seem to want me to get the leads and they just pick up orders (which I can do myself).

Edited to add how lazy I am at not looking through your profile first, my best friend is salesmanager for a cut cystal company so probably not a good idea. Unless the comission is very good in which case i'll cut his throat and nick his little black book!
