Hi all,

I am looking for a westfield and i have found one i like it is a 1998 siew with a Na cosworth ennigne quaife straight cut pipe, fia roll bar sport seats 2 sets of wheels and tyres and i am just wondering if it is good value for money at £10,600

would be worth going on the boardroom on the Westfield site and asking thier opinion www.wscc.co.uk

It depends on quality of build and what other trick components have been fitted, but it doesn't strike me as exceptional value. The Cosworth engine is getting long in the tooth and is nothing exceptional, now, in Nat Asp form. It's also quite heavey (based on the Pinto iron block) so takes the edge off the nimbleness of cars like the Westfield.

The car will be used every day and what i have read they are not really suitable thanks any ways

Have you ever seen a blade engine without a sequential box fitted ???? (I know i havent)

Westfield prices vary wildly depending on spec. If this is a standard car with a standard engine then it sounds quite expensive but if there's lots of trick bits on it then I don't think it is.

Prices also vary seasonally and it's pretty sunny at the mo which affects things.
