Exiting Software

For everybody that is pi--ed off that the software boots you out of windows just go file and address the exit with the mouse but press ctl and A while you do it presto no boot!

Nice! That has bugged me for ages, I ended up creating another user so that it just exited to the user logon screen of XP, but yours is a much better option.

I used to just Alt tab out of it and kill it with the task manager.

I think Ctl F4 should do the same?

Which software exactly are we talking about? I've never used any software which has done anything except close the running application when ending it, either with alt+f4, the top right X or file => exit/close.

EDIT: And which version of Windows?
