Bought a 2 piece set of leathers from hein gerricke today. Went for their own 'pro-sports' stuff in black, white and silver and really like the look although it's a bit sporty compared to my usual black only look. Very nice kit, will take some wearing in but very pleased and excellent value. Plenty of fresh air gets in for the summer and they seem better quality than their old celtic stuff. I would have bought the celtics as they were 200 quid for a set but they only have very large and very small sets left unless you like the yellow ones, they had plenty of those left. Happy with the better quality though and they were 300 quid. Only gripe is the lack of pockets. There are none in the trousers for keys and such and only one large inside pocket in the jacket and one small one.

Also got some sidi vertigo boots which I like a lot too to replace my knackered vertebrae boots.

It's just a shame my gloves look so faded and knackered but they are so good I'm loathed to replace them (alpinestar gp1s)... I wonder if I can dye them black again. They do go with the bike though which also looks knackered

I think the lack of trouser pockets might be something to do with the fact that the damn keys dig in your leg when you're flat on the tank, apexing that roundabout at the end of the High Street...

Did occur to me but you stand more of a chance of injuring yourself if you stick you keys in the jacket breast pocket imo. Anyway, still inconvenient.

I've got a set of the ProSports leathers. They have a small pouch that zips onto the waistband of the trousers.

Overall, really happy with them, a good piece of kit

I thought that and decided to go for a small tank bag for keys/wallet/phone... Bad idea?
Leathers look pretty good by the way (checked in the catalogue )

Not on mine there isn't. Just rushed through all excited to check. The only zip is the one to attach the trousers to the jacket, the one holding the removable lining in and then there's the two pouches for the waist armour and that's it as far as I can see.

Normally all my kit is either in the tank bag or the tail pack (I tend to carry a lot of shit about with me) but find it handy to keep the bike keys on me along with my earplugs and wallet.
