Hi all...

Am new to posting on here but have been an avid reader of the forums and the site for a long time now.
Well the time has come for me to take my first step into the Kit Car world. I'm looking to buy a pre-built "7 Type" kit car and have spent many hours reading online the various reviews and remarks.
I've got around £6000 (possibly more for the right car) but would like to gget somethign as cheep as possible leaving some pennies to spend on tuning it to my liking.

Anyway my question is in realtion to this car www.pistonheads.com/sales/139356.htm
It's been on the classifieds for a while and I am very interested in the fact that it already seems like a well tuned Pinto (with disk brakes all round too)...
My question is with regards to the Aero Screen on it... to be honest I'm not a fan and wondered if anyone knew if it would be asy enough to put a full screen on it? And if anyone knew what the state of play with getting wet weather gear for it would be.

I'd appreciate any comments or suggestions from those in the know.

THanks in advance...
Heeed!

Or try MK sportscars, The Mac #1 bears more than a passing resemblance to the Indy -aledgedly.

MMM! Interesting. Tha MK Indy was one of the many 7 models that had caught my eye.
I was particularly taken by the independent suspension all round.
Does anyone have any idea if the MAC 1 has IDS all round?

Thanks again!

Be cautious if you are offered any Robin Hoods!

To be honest I've seen a few Robin Hoods on the classifieds and thought they all looked a bit too DIY for me.
Would that be your only reason for avoiding them?
Anything else Ishould know about?
