Passengers door and bonnet adjustment

I have just shipped my 1999 Speed Six Cerbera to South Australia, driving it over here is great fun with people taking photos and asking what it is!
There is a couple of things I did not get around to doing in the U.K, The passenger door has droped a little, I have tryed to adjust the catch to stop it rubbing but that did not work so the door needs to come up abit and the bonnet is not quite centered so catching slightly on the inside of the wing when you open it.
I was hoping for any advise on the best ways to sort,as now I do not use the car everyday I want to get everything mint

Bonnet is done via the hinges at the front, you can adjust side to side on the threads external from the nose, then theres some movement under the air intake, drill the rivetts out for ease of access, or go in with multi jointed wrist from the grill. Doors not done this but when putting the body on it gave me some idea, i reckon pull the carpet back behind the A post slacken nuts and adjust, look a pain to get to though. I gave mine a tweak by just having the door almost shut and pulling up, this can give you a bit, but dont try too hard!
