I am not a regular autosport reader..so can someone please fill me in..

Why is there no BTCC round at Silverstone this year?
Why is the wtcc at brands instead of Silverstone?

WTCC was at Brands last year...

Silverstone lost both BTCC and Dunlop Great and British this year.

Their lack of promotional effort in National level motorsport, plus poor service standards, had a major part to play in this decision.

The BTCC are heading to Rockingham instead of silverstone as silverstone screwed up and lost the BTCC dates.

I'd look down the back of the sofa in the BRDC clubhouse, that's normally where you'd find them. Either that or one of the older members ate them.
