Serving a stat demand on a company

As the original post seems to have been deleted its a bit hard to know what you were asking. There are two Statutory demands 1 for individuals and one for companies. The first leads potentially to Bankruptcy, the second to winding the company up.

So obviously use the right demand.

Also a good idea to use a process server to serve the demand.
