Just looking round at what new rubber might cost me - came across the michelin pilot sport N2 (specifically made for porsche) - any info on these much appreciated. I have a boxster S - 255x40x17 on back £145 each and 205x50x17 on front £135 each . That looks like £560 all in !!!!

That is a good price and that is a very good tyre. Upgraded to the same on my Boxster S albeit in 18" form. Probably my tyre of choice out of all of them.

Very well wearing tyre. Very good grip dry or wet with a very progressive breakaway.

Had Pirellis before that and they were awful in the wet.

Try Costco. They only do michelins and their prices are by far the cheapest I have ever come across.
