Mystery Relay

I was changing a fuse at the weekend and noticed a relay tucked on top of the battery. Not sure whether it has become unplugged or been left in there at some stage (maybe even in the fcatory?!). The only other thing I can think is that it was removed recently when TVR stripped out the original alarm/immob and fitted one of the new TVR systems.

Everything works on the car! Any ideas as to what it could be?! It has 8DA539 stamped on the side, and shows Ford part number 8566 13C718 AA

Does your courtesy light delay work? Otherwise its the heated mirror timer from the aux panel under the dash, I can never remember which one it is... I do carry a spare tho

Cheers - that was it... the interior light delay. I hadnt noticed it wasnt working as havent taken it out at night for ages!
