Air conditioning????

Probably on a thread somewhere but I can't find it.
I have a loud Ticking sound coming from the air-con pump when it is switched on.
The tick is intermittent and when it does start it isn't at a regular rate.
It is the same at tick over as it is at speed.
When the engine is Idling I can also hear after each tick, a little rattle / buzz from behind the dash (a bit like a relay fluttering) can anyone help? Or has my Noble (M400) got Tourettes?

I would change the relay mate, or the magnet may be dodgy in the clutch... difficult to say.
You shouldn't need a Noble specialist to sort it though. Any decent aircon man/auto sparky should be able to sort it out

Thank you where is said relay located?

not sure i'm afraid.

you'll have to get your head in the footwell when the AC is on and see if you can see which one is clicking !
