Griff on Lovejoy today on ITV3

Just happen to be flitting through the channels and came to Jeffsys and Clive f Fave prog some dude called Lovejoy this afternoon on ITV 3

Just about to switch off when a guy rolls up in a cherry red Griff 500 reg no L**8 BFV

Does anyone know the car and its TV history ? I seem to have a feeling that i recognise the reg number

L118 BFV was the 'sister' car to L110 BFV.It was the press Griff 500 at one time,and i think this was between L110,and the flip flop yellow 'm' reg 500,i think the colour is called raspberry?It was in the classifieds for sale last year,i think,and i'm sure the owner posts on here occasionally.

Not that I'm an expert but at least there was some decent totty on Nextdoors rather than a potbellied bandy legged old letcher!

L118BFV is aRaspberry Pearl (not sure if its a Rover (seen on Metros)or Toyota (Avensis) colour). The car did belong to Gary Clelland on here (garyc3481) but it was for sale and not sure whether he sold it or not. It was at the Growl on Sunday last year - Gary drove it an 800 mile round trip to attand for the day!!!!

Yes I still own the car, decided that I would miss it too much if I sold it!

Now im gonna have to start watching Lovejoy to try and see it on the TV
