A crankshaft pulley for a 2.5di lump? Mine is so worn it keeps falling off!!!!!

If its that worn you could be into a crank as they do not fall of without cause.
Next time it is off take a look at the key and key way on the end of the crank, it should be tight and staight without any grooving to the keyway slot.
If its damaged or worn you will need a new crank!

Strangely, it hasn`t got a keyway. Crank is so worn that the pulley no longer sits square! New pulley, long crack bar and plenty of loctite should do the job. It`s only £100 worth of worn out disco anyway, but it does get interesting when the pulley starts to slip and i lose all power steering!

I saw this once on a very old TD some to combat the slippage someone drilled and tapped the pulley and used a grub screw to lock it in place.
