3200GT to 4200 Coupe upgrade - any advice?

Hi,

I'm considering this upgrade over the next couple of months (may well look at the spider too).

I'd be interested to hear the views of anyone who has already done this; do they feel like it was a worthwhile 'upgrade', any particular issues to consider when inspecting a 4200, etc.

I will be looking to acquire a manual rather than CC if possible.

I'd be very interested to hear your thoughts once you've driven a car or two as thats my likely upgrade path in a year or so.
