false info on classified adds

i no this is a difficult thing to combat but have been informed of a clio trophy being advertised as never being used on a track when the car is blatantly owned by www.offthewallsolutions.co.uk/trackdayslist.php and the picture is in the gallery several people over on clio sport have now noticed that this car is now advertised again but without the number plates on show. the car is probably all ok but is a blatant case of false advertising and could be hiding un recorded damage
and i feel for anyone buying and finding out at a later date. is it possible to get him /her to re write the advert or remove it and protect the ph massive and anyone else for that matter
