2005 Disco.3 - where can I buy a .......

Sat nav disc - my local LR dealer quoted me £140.00+vat for the disc alone !! There has to be a cheaper alternative to this . Can a disc be copied ? ( not that I would of course ) Your advice is much appreciated - I am literally lost without it !! Barry (Glasgow)
