I found these of the new car Jag are thinking about, hopefully to get them back in the supercar game.

I don't know about you but to me this certainly isn't a Jaguar (especially that interior) but is a cool car all the same. I have a feeling that this car isn't going to be the Enzo-beater they are hoping for.

They really should have invested more into the F-Type concept instead.

WTF is it left hand drive if it's a british car?

Look like a VW Nardo with an Alfa badge.

As a car = alright
As a Jag = shite

Looks like a very unhappy mix between the front of the new Subaru coupé thing, the side of the Lambo Gallardo and the back of a...errrrrrrr...joker !

I did not expect Jaguar to make anything good looking though...

New Jag? Don't think so. It's from the same studio that did the Subaru concept isn't it?

Check out Autocar today for a possible new Jag.

Don't panic everyone....this 'aint a "real" Jaguar. It is just a concept from Fuore, so the simialarity between this and the Subaru B111S (that they also produced) aren't too suprising.

Not too sure what the real feeling is at Jaguar (other than "Why the heck did we say they could use the Jag badge"). I understand Ian Callum (the design God at Jaguar) has preferred not to comment. So I'll do it for him....YUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUK!

This has about as much Jaguar DNA as my left buttock.

If you want to see Jaguars future, buy this weeks Autocar magazine as it has some artists impressions of the new XK8. It's a mix of the current XK8 and the gorgeous R-Coupe concept. Much more to my liking

Looks like it was hit with the same ugly stick the 200mph or other MG was smacked with.

Not a single jag design cue that i can see, other than that grille that looks like it was simply ripped of an S type and bolted on to the front of the car...

Not a bad looking car, apart from that terrible interior, but no way is that a jaguar.

It's the Fuore XP10 design concept. Listed as a Jaguar design but not sure if it's nothing more than a one off.

Fuore mind you are Spanish and design Panasonic TV's and boats!!!!

I think Ted's referring to a different Auto Express - I saw a picture of an absolutely stunning XK8/R replacement that looked like a cross between the XK180 and the R-Type concept whilst looking for Kit-Car in WH Smiths today - I sure as hell hope they go with that one. (anyone else seen it?)

Why can't people design good looking cars anymore? That thing is horrible. The F-Type and the R-Coupe are absolutely stunning, as is the Lamborghini Gallardo. But pretty much every other new or concept car I've seen is ugly (TVR excepted)

Guess that, fortunately, this
qte...
Jaguar did not commission the project, but gave Barcelona-based Fuore Design its blessing to use its famous Cat badges. Himmel is hoping that the Coventry marque will take it up if the public response is good. And he says the company needs a premier sports car such as the XF10 to capitalise on its Formula One profile. ...unqte
quote from autoexpress says it all.

Fourwheeldrift - nope, that's not what Autocar were referring to. Their scoop is a 2+2 coupe, based on a shortened XJ8 chassis (the new one, that is). There's even a photo of a shortened XJ8 mule (2 door) testing on UK roads.

The artist's impression shows it looking like an R-Coupe with an XK8 grill and twin headlights.

IMHO a pig-ugly abortion, what the fcuk happened to the F-type...... but I'm just an old-fashioned traditionalist.................
A Jag should look like a Jag, not a Japjunk stylists nightmare....................

The new XK8 may look like this according to Autocar (this is a computer generated image though). Better images in the magazine, reminds me of a cerbera with a bristol front light treatment.
