Misfire Sorted and Ready for Mallory!
Discussion
Picked the Cerb up from Andy, my mentor/council/Cerb guru, at APM after some additional safety work, stiffening of the suspension and sorting out the misfire (tired leads).
I can't push it down in any corner now, and with the roll cage and stiffened chassis it feels asthough you could pick it up from any corner.
Anyway, I'm out at Mallory in the Dunlop Tuscan Challenge on Monday to see how I can build on the last performance at Oulton, if anyone is about don't be strangers!

Good luck John,
Great to hear you've got the missfire sorted, was it crappy HT leads or something more? If it was leads what have you opted for now? I know TCS offer a 10mm set, but they must be seriously stiff.
Unfortunately, I'm sprinting at Croft so won't be able to come along and support. But, if your first outing is anything to go by I'm sure you'll have a great day - have fun!

Back to copper, the others can't stand the heat from the manifolds at full chat.
To put Full Chat into context...................
..............the Cerb is awsome when on all 8. It is a standard 4.5 (more cams and my old polished heads yet to go on) with the 4.2 breathing and injection, it is remapped and has a custom chip that is fuelling at 1.2 litres a minute on average on the track! Torque and power are unbelievable and in comparison to the 4.2 that was producing 380 bhp it's another world, so it must be at least 40 up with a much earlier and higher torque curve.
Combined with the weight loss and the super stiffness of the strengthened chassis and suspension and the noise from having no interior............nice!

Cerbs and several forms of motorsport, theres never been so many competing at any level as there are now!
